Health Minister meets with cochlear implant specialists

Manama, Dr. Jaleela bint Al Sayyed Jawad Hasan, Minister of Health, affirmed the commitment to advancing Bahrain's healthcare sector by enhancing services to meet the highest standards. She highlighted the continuous support from His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister. During her meeting with cochlear implant specialists, attended by Dr. Mariam Adhbi Al Jalahma, CEO of Government Hospitals, the minister commended the swift action taken to clear the waiting lists for cochlear implant surgeries at SMC. This achievement, completed in August, reflects the ongoing efforts to provide the best possible healthcare to patients. The minister also expressed her gratitude to HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister for his support of the healthcare sector and urged continued teamwork to ensure the highest quality of care for the community. Dr. Al Jalahma thanked the minister for her visit, noting that it motivates the medical staff to continue their dedicated efforts.
