Heavy rains kill 11, leave 14 missing in northeast China

Beijing, Eleven people have died, and 14 others are missing after heavy rainfall in Huludao city, Liaoning province, northeast China. Chinese authorities have launched a search operation for the missing and are gradually restoring roads and communication networks in the affected areas.
