The Hebrew channel Kan confirmed that Israel is preparing for a long-term conflict with the Houthis after recently targeting the port of Hodeidah in Yemen, according to 'Russia Today". A post on the channel's official page on the 'X' platform said: 'Israel is preparing for the Houthis' response to the operation in Yemen.' The channel quoted an Israeli official as saying: 'We do not know enough about the Houthis, but we take into account that there will be a conflict for several months to come.' Israeli Minister of Transportation, Miri Regev, held an emergency meeting last night, Saturday, in which she discussed the possibilities of the Houthis directing strikes on strategic and vital facilities linked to the ministry in Israel, in response to the raids on the port of Hodeidah. Hebrew Channel 14 reported that the meeting called on train companies, ports and airports to prepare for all scenarios. Source: National News Agency - Lebanon
