HH congratulated Officer Cadet Mohammed Zeyad Al Rowaiei on being awarded the "International Sword Award" from the Academy, which is given to the most distinguished international cadet, and the academic excellence award for his diligent studies at the academy, praising his efforts in graduating with distinction.
