During the call, they discussed regional developments amid escalating tensions and exchanged views on ways to de-escalate the situation and reduce tensions, in a manner that maintains security and stability for the benefit of all peoples in the region. According to Oman News Agency, the Prime Minister of Italy expressed her deep appreciation for the wise approach and constructive role undertaken by the Sultanate of Oman, under the leadership of His Majesty, in supporting de-escalation efforts and promoting dialogue and diplomacy in the region. The two sides also discussed a set of matters of mutual interest, reaffirming their commitment to further strengthening bilateral relations and expanding cooperation between the two nations.
