Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has sent a cable of greetings to President Sergio Mattarella of the Italian Republic on the occasion of Italy's National Day. In his message, His Majesty conveyed his sincere sentiments and hopes for Italy's continued progress and prosperity.

According to Oman News Agency, His Majesty also expressed his desire for the bilateral relations of cooperation and partnership between Oman and Italy to continue growing in all areas.
