His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik today issued Royal Decree No. 38/2024 on granting an official the rank of 'Ambassador' and appointing her as the Permanent Representative of the Sultanate of Oman to the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO). Article (1) grants Amna Salim Rashid Al Balushi the rank of 'Ambassador' and appoints her as Permanent Representative of the Sultanate of Oman to the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).
