Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik today issued Royal Decree No. (42/2026) concerning the ratification of an Air Services Agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Zambia. This agreement was signed in Punta Cana on 11 November 2025. According to Oman News Agency, Article (1) of the decree ratifies the agreement as per the version attached to the decree. Furthermore, Article (2) specifies that the decree will be published in the Official Gazette and will come into force from the date of its issue.
