MANAH: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, the Supreme Commander, hosted a dinner at Hisn Al Shomoukh in the Wilayat of Manah in honor of the Sultan's Armed Forces (SAF) Day. The event underscored the Sultan's appreciation for the military's role in maintaining national stability and security. According to Oman News Agency, the ceremony was a gesture of felicitation by His Majesty to all military formations and units of the Armed Forces. It highlighted the significant dedication of the forces in safeguarding national achievements and contributing to Oman's reputation as a peaceful and stable nation. His Majesty's recognition aims to support the continuation of development under his leadership. The dinner was attended by members of the Royal family, ministers, commanders of the Sultan's Armed Forces, and senior military and civil officers, marking the occasion as a significant event in the national calendar.
