His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik also extended his greetings to President Bayram Begay of the Republic of Albania on the occasion of the country's National Day. The Sultan conveyed his sincere sentiments and wished President Begay good health and happiness, along with aspirations for the Albanian people's continued progress and growth.
