Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has sent a cable of greetings to Dr. Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa, President of the Portuguese Republic, on the occasion of Portugal's National Day. In the message, Sultan Haitham extended sincere feelings and wished President Sousa continued success in leading the Portuguese people towards stability and advancement. According to Oman News Agency, His Majesty the Sultan also expressed optimism about the ongoing cooperation and partnership between Oman and Portugal. He conveyed his hopes for the continued growth and expansion of bilateral relations at all levels, strengthening the ties between the two nations.
