Manama, The Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning has started upgrading its main customer service centre in the Diplomatic Area, with work beginning on August 25. A temporary centre on the ground floor will handle requests during the renovation. The upgrade, aimed at improving service efficiency and introducing new facilities, is part of broader efforts to enhance electronic services. The project is expected to continue until the first quarter of next year. Visitors can access the temporary centre through Gate 2 of the ministry building. The ministry, which recently achieved gold in the "Taqyeem 4" evaluation, seeks to improve service delivery with this upgrade. Source: Bahrain News Agency
