Manama, His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today issued Edict (36) of 2024, appointing a director at the Ministry of Interior, based on a proposal by the Minister of Interior. The edict stipulates the following: Article (I) Abdullah Nabeel Mohammed Al Mutawa'a shall be appointed as Director of the Visa and Residence Directorate at the Nationality, Passports and Residence Affairs (NPRA) at the Ministry of Interior. Article (II) The Minister of Interior shall implement the provisions of this edict, which shall come into effect from the date of its issuance and will be published in the Official Gazette.
