New York, His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today met with the Crown Prince of the State of Kuwait, His Highness Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah, on the sidelines of the 79th session of the UN General Assembly (UNGA 79) in New York. The meeting took place during HRH's leadership of Bahrain's delegation on behalf of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa. During the meeting, HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad highlighted the strong ties between Bahrain and Kuwait, noting that relations continue to thrive under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and His Highness Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Amir of Kuwait. His Royal Highness commended the bilateral partnership, stressing the importance of furthering strategic cooperation for the benefit of both nations and their peoples.
