Manama: Dr. Ramzan bin Abdulla Al Noaimi, Minister of Information, met with Eric Giraud-Telme, French Ambassador to Bahrain. The meeting focused on enhancing media cooperation between Bahrain and France. According to Bahrain News Agency, Dr. Al Noaimi praised the strong ties between Bahrain and France in various domains, highlighting a mutual commitment to furthering these relations for common benefits. He noted the French Embassy's significant participation in the fourth Bahrain Film Festival, an event held in conjunction with Manama's designation as the Arab Media Capital 2024. The embassy's efforts to support young Bahraini talent were specifically acknowledged as a valuable contribution to advancing filmmaking skills. Dr. Al Noaimi emphasized the importance of ongoing collaboration to identify and expand shared opportunities. In response, Ambassador Giraud-Telme emphasized France's dedication to strengthening cooperation with Bahrain, building on the existing mutual understanding and coordination betwee n the two countries.
