Manama, Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa bin Daij Al Khalifa, Director General of the Institute of Public Administration (IPA), participated in the closing ceremony of the sixth edition of the Hypo Youth leadership programme. The event, organised by IPA in collaboration with the Ministry of Youth Affairs, was also attended by Marwan Fouad Kamal, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Youth Affairs, as well as several graduates and organisers of the programme. Dr. Shaikha Rana emphasised the institute's dedication to supporting the programme, noting that graduates completed over 40 national projects and studies. She highlighted that these efforts demonstrate Bahrain's commitment to empowering its youth by providing platforms for innovation and skill development. Undersecretary Kamal revealed that 273 participants have benefited from the leadership programme over the past six years. He also mentioned that the programme has hosted more than 30 national leaders, who shared their leadership experiences with the participant s. Kamal attributed the success of the programme to Bahrain's strategic plans, which recognise the potential of young Bahrainis and their ability to compete on both local and global levels.
