Islamic Resistance launches rocket strikes on Israeli positions in Yaroun, Dalton, and Dishon

The Islamic Resistance in Lebanon on Tuesday issued the following statements: "In support of our steadfast Palestinian people in Gaza, and in solidarity with their courageous and honorable resistance, as well as in defense of Lebanon and its people, and in response to the brutal Israeli enemy assaults on towns, villages, and civilians, Islamic Resistance fighters launched a rocket barrage at 5:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 8, 2024, targeting a concentration of Israeli forces near the settlement of Yaroun." In another statement, the group declared, "At 5:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 8, 2024, Islamic Resistance fighters targeted an Israeli artillery position in Dalton with a rocket barrage." A third statement followed: "At 5:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 8, 2024, Islamic Resistance fighters struck an Israeli artillery position in Dishon with a rocket barrage."
