‘Islamic Resistance’ targets newly-installed technical equipment in enemy’s Karantina Hill, achieves direct hit

The Islamic Resistance issued on Monday the following statement: "In support of our steadfast Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip and in support of their valiant and honorable resistance, the Islamic Resistance fighters targeted, at 4:10 pm on Monday, July 29, 2024, the newly installed technical equipment on Karantina Hill, with appropriate weapons, and achieved direct hit resulting in its destruction."
