Kyrgyzstan’s Economy Grows 10.7% in January-February 2025


Muscat: Kyrgyzstan’s economy recorded growth in key indicators in January-February 2025.



According to Oman News Agency, the country’s GDP in January-February 2025, based on preliminary estimates, amounted to about USD2.35 billion, marking an increase of 10.7% compared to the same period in 2024. The service sector’s contribution to the GDP was 51.9%, while the commodity production sectors contributed 29.2%, and product taxes made up 18.9%. The data also showed that exports decreased by 24.7%, reaching USD142.2 million, while imports decreased by 16.5%, reaching USD841.6 million.
