Manama, Jameel bin Mohammed Ali Humaidan, Minister of Labour, visited the National Motor Company, a subsidiary of Bahrain Commercial Facilities Company under the "Automotive Group". The minister has been visiting companies and institutions that collaborate with the Ministry of Labour to employ Bahrainis. During the visit, the minister held a meeting with the Board of Directors of the National Motor Company, chaired by Riyadh Al Sater. The discussion focused on the company's plans to employ Bahraini citizens, its programmes for enhancing their professional skills, and its efforts to ensure job stability. Minister Humaidan also toured various departments of the company, where he met with employees who have achieved significant success and have been promoted to advanced leadership positions. He highlighted the automotive sector as a key industry in the labour market, offering numerous administrative, technical, and specialised roles that foster professional skill development and innovation. He emphasised tha t reliance on Bahraini talent in production is a crucial factor in the growth of enterprises. He also commended the company for its high Bahrainisation rate and the leadership positions occupied by Bahrainis. The minister underscored the importance of continuously developing national human resources to supply the labour market with qualified Bahraini talent, making them the preferred choice for employment. He noted that Bahraini citizens have consistently demonstrated their competence and excellence in the workplace, contributing effectively to the advancement and success of organisations.
