Muscat: The Ministry of Labour today announced the availability of 1,179 vacant jobs in a number of government units for holders of different educational qualifications. The ministry explained that the employment opportunities are available as follows: 1,011 for holders of Bachelor's degrees, 38 for holders of post-General Education Diplomas (GED), and 130 for holders of GED and pre-GED qualifications. According to Oman News Agency, registration to the abovementioned jobs will be open for a period of two weeks from the date of this announcement, the ministry affirmed.
