In the Directorate of Professional Institutes Affairs, eight services were digitised, including renew ing private training institution licences, licensing training programmes, and licensing administrative and technical staff and trainers, both Bahraini and foreign. In the Directorate of Inspection and Occupational Safety, two services were developed: resolving labour complaints and notifying the ministry of workforce reductions. Two services in Labour Relations were also enhanced: approving trade union leave requests and resolving collective disputes. In the Unemployment Support Services, four services were improved, including tracking unemployment benefit records, responding to inquiries, addressing grievances, and registering compensation claims for dismissed workers, all fully digitised. These improvements align with the government's commitment to enhancing service quality and efficiency. Source: Bahrain News Agency
