Lebanon's Education Minister Abbas Halabi announced on Sunday that the official school year will commence on November 4, with remote or hybrid learning options, and that registration will be conducted electronically. The Minister also stated that private universities can resume classes starting Monday. He explained that the decision will be made by each university administration, taking into account the circumstances of the students.
