Manama The Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning has announced the launch of an online maintenance request service for houses and apartments through the ministry's website. Citizens that benefit from ownership services can also benefit from this service. The ministry said that the new online maintenance service allows beneficiaries to submit a request by visiting the website. They can follow the steps to specify the location, the type of maintenance requested, the type of maintenance required, and attach a picture for clarification. The launch of the service comes within the framework of the digital transformation plan, which includes all services and transactions provided by the ministry to citizens, in line with the objectives of the Government Plan 2023-2026 related to supporting efforts aimed at digitising government services comprehensively and gradually. This is in addition to responding to citizens' suggestions that reach the Ministry through its various channels to develop the services provided to beneficiaries.
