Muscat: The Muscat Stock Exchange "MSX 30" index today concluded trading at 7,480.61 points, marking a decrease of 90.8 points, or 1.20 percent, from the previous session's closing figure of 7,571.40 points.

According to Oman News Agency, the trading value rose to RO 26,480,621, reflecting a 0.6 percent increase from RO 26,309,955 noted in the last session. The market capitalization experienced a growth of 0.604 percent from the previous trading day, reaching approximately RO 38.05 billion.

Non-Omani investors were active, recording purchases worth RO 1.898 million, which accounted for 7.17 percent of the total trading value. However, their sales amounted to RO 3.439 million, representing 12.99 percent of the total. This activity led to a net decline in non-Omani investment by RO 1.541 million, or 5.82 percent.
