Muscat: Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX) general index (30) today added 4.1 points, comprising a rise by 0.09% to close at 4722.25 points, compared to the last session, which stood at 4718.17 points. The trading value today stood at RO 9,242,253, comprising a rise by 13.7%, compared to the last session, which stood at RO 8,126,182. According to Oman News Agency, the report released by MSX pointed out that the market value went up by 0.041% to reach about RO 27.35 billion. The report added that the value of shares bought by non-Omani investors reached RO 1,100,000, comprising 11.91%. The value of shares sold by non-Omani investors reached RO 2,118,000, comprising 22.92%. The net non-Omani investment decreased by 11.01% to RO 1,018,000.
