Muscat: Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX) general index (30) today lost 8.1 points, comprising a decline by 0.17% to close at 4705.83 points, compared to the last session, which stood at 4713.96 points. According to Oman News Agency, the trading value today stood at RO 9,284,077, comprising a rise by 58.5%, compared to the last session, which stood at RO 5,856,862. The report released by MSX pointed out that the market value went up by 0.292% to reach about RO 27.55 billion. The report added that the value of shares bought by non-Omani investors reached RO 1,311,000, comprising 14.12%. The value of shares sold by non-Omani investors reached RO 2,021,000, comprising 21.77%. The net non-Omani investment decreased by 7.65% to RO 710,000.
