Muscat: The Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX) general index (30) recorded a gain of 5.8 points, marking a rise of 0.13%, to close at 4279.21 points compared to the last session's close of 4273.44 points. According to Oman News Agency, today's trading value surged by 212.9%, reaching RO 9,103,727, compared to the previous session, which recorded a trading value of RO 2,908,926. The report released by MSX highlighted an increase in market value by 0.002%, bringing it to approximately RO 27.06 billion. The report also detailed the activities of non-Omani investors, noting that the value of shares they purchased amounted to RO 286,000, which constituted 3.14% of the day's trading. Conversely, the value of shares sold by non-Omani investors totaled RO 372,000, making up 4.08% of the trading value. Consequently, the net non-Omani investment saw a decrease of 0.94%, resulting in a net outflow of RO 86,000.
