Muscat: Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX) general index (30) today lost 17.6 points, comprising a decline by 0.38% to close at 4625.88 points, compared to the last session, which stood at 4643.51 points. According to Oman News Agency, the trading value today stood at RO 5,253,250, comprising a drop by 8.7%, compared to the last session, which stood at RO 5,755,351. The report released by MSX pointed out that the market value went down by 0.077% to reach about RO 27.41 billion. The report added that the value of shares bought by non-Omani investors reached RO 886,000, comprising 16.86%. The value of shares sold by non-Omani investors reached RO 1,333,000, comprising 25.38 %. The net non-Omani investment fell by 8.52% to RO 447,000.
