Muscat: Dr. Rahma Ibrahim Al Mahrouqi, Minister of Higher Education, Research and Innovation received today in her office Dr. Lamia Al Melhem, Acting Undersecretary of the Ministry of Higher Education in the State of Kuwait. During the meeting, the two sides reviewed means of enhancing bilateral cooperation in academic fields, as well as boosting the cultural exchange between the two countries.
