Muscat: The Sultanate of Oman, represented by Oman Hockey Association, will host the "Hadid Muscat" (Muscat Iron) Women's Asian Hockey Federation Cup. The tournament will be held at Oman Hockey Stadium in the Wilayat of Al Amerat from 12 to 18 July 2026, with the participation of five Asian national teams. According to Oman News Agency, the competing teams include Bangladesh, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Pakistan, and Hong Kong. The teams will compete over the course of a week in matches expected to be highly competitive and closely contested, given the proximity of their technical levels and their shared ambition to achieve positive results in this Asian qualification event. The organizing committee has completed all technical and logistical preparations for hosting the tournament, including the readiness of the competition pitch and training grounds, the reception of participating delegations, and the finalization of all administrative and logistical arrangements.
