Musandam: The Ministry of Social Development in Musandam Governorate today launched the "Our Safe Home" initiative under the patronage of Sheikh Dr. Saif Mohammed Al Ghaithi, Wali of Bukha. The program aims to strengthen family stability and cohesion while raising awareness about raising children in an environment of mutual understanding and respect.
According to Oman News Agency, the event featured three working papers. Dr. Yousef Abdullah Al Shihi presented a paper on premarital counseling and building strong marital relationships. Mohammed Hassan Al Dhuhouri addressed parental guidance in the digital age, focusing on safe social media use. Meanwhile, Amna Abduljaleel Al Kamali discussed emotional bonding strategies and conflict resolution within families.
The initiative reflects the Ministry's ongoing efforts to strengthen family values and social cohesion. It aims to transform homes into safe and nurturing environments, in addition to promoting conscious parenting through preventive guidance.
