Khan younis: A Palestinian man has been shot dead by Israeli occupation forces in the southern Gaza Strip, according to local medical officials. Sources said the man was hit by gunfire east of the Al Tahlia roundabout in Khan Younis. According to Oman News Agency, a ceasefire agreement between Hamas and Israeli occupation came into effect last October. It followed the withdrawal of Israeli forces from populated areas of Gaza and the return of displaced residents to the north of the territory.
