The Iranian Nour News Agency quoted Pezeshkian, who topped the results of the second round of the 14th Iranian presidential elections, as saying: 'I will extend the hand of friendship to everyone and I will involve everyone in the development of the country. My competitors are my brothers.' Pezeshkian, the ninth president-elect, assured the Iranian people: 'We will extend friendship to everyone to attract everyone for the advancement of the country.
