RAFO Initiates Officer Cadet Recruitment Process in Collaboration with Ministry of Labour

Muscat: Acting in coordination with the Ministry of Labour, the Royal Air Force of Oman (RAFO) today began recruitment procedures for a number of citizens who wish to join the military service as officer cadets. The recruitment process ranges between the stages of approval endorsed by the RAFO to the final stage of admission to join the RAFO.

According to Oman News Agency, the RAFO extends its expertise and capabilities to facilitate the citizens' joining the military service in a manner that enables them to perform the national duty and contribute to defending the homeland and preserving its gains. These efforts are in pursuance of the approach undertaken by the Sultan's Armed Forces to provide employment for national youth.

The recruitment initiative is part of an established plan to supply the Sultan's Armed Forces and other departments of the Ministry of Defence with qualified national competencies. This endeavour aims to contribute to the nation's prosperity under the wise leadership of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, the Supreme Commander.
