Gaza - Ma'an - The Israeli military operation on the city of Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip continues for the second day in a row. The Ministry of Health in Gaza confirmed that the number of victims of the aggression on Khan Younis has risen to 87 martyrs, including 24 children and 15 women, and 266 wounded. Eyewitnesses confirmed that there are martyrs on the ground near Bani Suhaila roundabout, and no one can reach them, while ambulances were able to transport 21 martyrs since the morning hours to Nasser Hospital. Israeli tanks are positioned near Al-Alam roundabout and the vicinity of Bani Suhaila cemetery, one kilometer from Salah al-Din Road, which separates eastern Khan Younis from the center and west. In Al-Bureij refugee camp, six martyrs were killed and ten others were wounded when a house belonging to the Abdul Hadi family was targeted by shelling of their house at the main entrance to Al-Bureij in the central Gaza Strip. The body of one of the martyrs arrived at Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospita l in Deir al-Balah after it was targeted by the occupation forces south of the Netzarim area, north of Al-Nuseirat refugee camp. The Ministry of Health indicated that the occupation committed eight massacres during the past twenty-four hours, which led to the martyrdom of 84 citizens and the injury of more than 330 others.
