Muscat: The Royal Academy of Management (RAM) announced the launch of the Future of Human Capital Management programme, a groundbreaking initiative that aims to strengthen and hone national competencies of national talent, enabling them to contribute to achieving Oman's strategic vision for the future. According to Oman News Agency, the programme is delivered in partnership with Integrated Business Solutions (IBS) and reflects an ongoing commitment to achieving organisational excellence by investing in human capital. The two-month programme will equip participants with advanced capabilities as it explores strategic workforce planning, talent management, leadership development, and effective communication, each playing an essential role in improving productivity and organisational performance.
