Gaza - Ma'an - The President of the International Committee of the Red Cross said: "We have launched hundreds of appeals regarding Gaza, but what we are witnessing is a decline in the human conscience." "I urge the two parties to the conflict in Gaza to reach an agreement that guarantees security and safety for all," she added. She called on world leaders to make international humanitarian law a political priority. She pointed out that international humanitarian law is the only way to reduce the cost of conflicts.
