Manama, The Royal Humanitarian Foundation (RHF) held an orientation day for its scholarship recipients under the patronage of Shaikh Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, RHF Secretary General, aimed to prepare students for their university studies. This event came in implementation of the directives of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, Honorary President of the RHF, and with the support His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, HM the King's Representative for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs. RHF is focused on providing the necessary resources for its sponsored students to succeed in their university education and contribute to the development of the nation. Bader Ali Qambar, Director of the Social Welfare Department at RHF, highlighted that since its launch in 2004, the foundation's scholarship programme has supported 50 sponsored students annually. This year, in partnership with private companies and universities, RHF expanded its support by offering 60 scholarships, benefiting both sponsore d and non-sponsored students.
