Muscat: General Sultan Mohammed Al Nu'amani, Minister of the Royal Office and Head of the Office of the Supreme Commander, welcomed Lt. Gen Nick Perry, Chief of Joint Operations in the United Kingdom, during an official visit to the Sultanate of Oman. The meeting aimed to bolster the cooperative relations between Oman and the UK.

According to Oman News Agency, the discussions between the two officials covered a range of topics of mutual interest, with a focus on reviewing and enhancing areas of cooperation to benefit both nations. This visit underscores the commitment of both countries to deepen their strategic partnership.

The meeting was also attended by the Ambassador of the United Kingdom to the Sultanate of Oman, highlighting the diplomatic support for strengthening ties in defense and other areas of mutual concern.
