Jerusalem - Ma'an - A Palestinian young man was injured early Saturday morning by Israeli occupation forces' gunfire at the entrance to the town of Issawiya. The occupation police claimed that the Palestinian tried to carry out a run-over attack, and shot him. His health condition was described as critical, and he was transferred to the hospital to receive treatment while under arrest. The forces stormed Al-Issawiya in large numbers and closed its entrances. They also assaulted the young men who arrived at the place to find out what was happening, and forcibly removed them. Hours before the shooting, the occupation forces stormed Issawiya, raided homes, beat and arrested residents, and smashed windows and doors. The Red Crescent said that 6 people were injured in Issawiya due to the attack on them. Source: Maan News Agency
