Ramallah - Ma'an - Today, a memorandum of understanding was signed in the Jordanian Customs Department in the fields of training between the Palestinian Customs Police and the Jordanian Customs Department, aiming to benefit the Customs Police from the expertise available at the Regional Customs Training Center affiliated with the Jordanian Customs Department. The Director General of the Jordanian Customs, Major General Engineer Jalal Al-Qudah, stressed the importance of supporting our brothers in the Palestinian Customs Police, referring to the royal directives to always empower our brothers in Palestine and stand by them in various fields. Major General Iyad Barakat, Commander of the Palestinian Customs Police, thanked the Jordanian Customs Department for providing the necessary assistance and expertise to enable the Palestinian Customs Police to carry out its job duties to the fullest, expressing his thanks to His Majesty the King for his honorable positions towards the Palestinian cause. The visiting Pa lestinian delegation toured the department's directorates and the new Amman Customs building with the aim of closely examining the customs work mechanisms and the advanced projects carried out by the department with the aim of improving the customs services provided to citizens, traders and investors.
