Former Prime Minister Fouad Siniora praised the position issued yesterday by the International Court of Justice, in which Israel was obligated to end its occupation of the territories of Palestine occupied since 1967. He said: “This historic decision issued yesterday does justice to the Palestinian people internationally, humanely and politically, supports their historical struggles to regain their land, puts an end to occupation practices, and renders Israel under nternational scrutiny required to end the occupation, discrimination and apartheid in the occupied Palestinian territories." He considered that the challenge now before the international community is how to turn this decision into executive action after all these genocides, in order to prevent the continuation of Israel's crimes and ongoing aggression. Siniora concluded: “From Lebanon, we salute the positions and procedures of the International Court, which supported truth and stood against falsehood without hesitation or fear.
