This was achieved following a comprehensive external audit that covered all sectors of the ministry. Osama bin Ahmed Khalaf Al Asfoor, Minister of Social Development, emphasised that the ministry's second consecutive ISO 9001:2015 certification represents its commitment to continually improving efficiency in providing quality services to the public. The ISO 9001:2015 certification is an international standard that evaluates productivity efficiency and the adherence of institutions to quality management systems, thereby contributing to the continuous improvement of work quality within the ministry.
