The State Council's sub-committee formed to study the draft version of the Public Health Law-which was referred to the State Council by the Council of Ministers-today hosted a number of officials from the Ministry of Health. The meeting chaired by Dr. Sana Abdulrahman Al Khanjari, Chairperson of the State Council's Social and Cultural Committee. The committee discussed basic elements and concepts related to public health services in the Sultanate of Oman, the role of the Ministry of Health in supervising popular medicine and alternative medicine and means of regulating blood services.
