London:His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik arrived in London this afternoon for a four-day state visit to the United Kingdom.

According to Oman News Agency, Sultan Haitham was greeted at Stansted Airport by Lord Henry Hood, the Personal Representative of His Majesty the King, who is also the Head of the Mission of Honour. The reception also included several British officials, Badr bin Mohammed Al Manthari, the Ambassador of Oman to the UK, and members of the Omani Embassy in London.

An official reception ceremony will be held tomorrow at Windsor Castle by His Majesty King Charles III and Her Majesty Queen Camilla to formally welcome Sultan Haitham during his visit.
