Muscat: For the first time in its academic history, the Sultan Qaboos University (SQU) will host the 'QS Arab Forum 2025' on 15 October 2025. According to Oman News Agency, the forum provides a platform to showcase the rankings of Arab academic institutions and identify the challenges faced by the higher education sector in the Arab region. It also aims to highlight the quality of education, academic innovation, and research across the region. The event will gather heads of Arab universities, researchers, industry experts, and decision-makers in the field of higher education. This assembly will create opportunities for collaboration and sharing of insights among key stakeholders. Additionally, hosting the 'QS Arab Forum 2025' underscores SQU's significant role in the Arab and international academic arenas. It reflects the university's ongoing efforts to advance higher education in alignment with Oman Vision 2040.
