Moscow, Rustam Minnikhanov, President of the Republic of Tatarstan, met with Dr. Mohammed bin Mubarak Bin Dainah, Minister of Oil and Environment and Special Envoy for Climate Affairs, on the sidelines of the Russian Tatarstan Oil and Gas Conference. The meeting discussed means to enhance cooperation in energy and the environment, as well as highlighted the key developments and strategic projects in the oil and gas sectors of both countries. The two sides also discussed environmental initiatives aimed at reducing and removing carbon emissions to strengthen energy security, sustainability, and climate protection. The minister conveyed the greetings of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, and their wishes for the conference's success in contributing to the growth and development of Tatarstan's oil sector.
