HEBRON - Ma'an - Israeli occupation forces arrested journalist Ashwaq Muhammad Ayyad Awad this evening near a checkpoint next to the Ibrahimi Mosque in the city of Hebron. Journalist Awad works as a photographer and documenter of the occupation's violations. She was arrested, according to eyewitnesses, after a soldier asked her to show her ID. According to her father, media activist in Beit Ummar, Muhammad Ayyad Awad, his daughter Ashwaq was transferred for investigation by the Israeli police at the Jabara Center, east of the city of Hebron.
