Nablus - Ma'an - The Israeli occupation authorities notified, on Monday, that they will seize about 18 dunums of land from the villages of Asira al-Qibliya, Burin, and Madama, south of Nablus. The head of Madama village council, Abdullah Ziada, said that the occupation forces delivered a notice to seize 17 dunums and 897 square meters of land in Madama, Asira al-Qibliya, and Burin, under the pretext of using them for military purposes. Ziyada added that these lands are close to the Yitzhar settlement, and are located in Basin No. 8, the site of Al-Marj and Jabal Al-Nadhar from Burin lands, Basin No. 4, the site of Khallet Al-Marj, Bir Al-Marj and Al-Aqida from Madama lands, and Basin No. 1, the site of Lahf Salman from Asira Al-Qibliya lands.
